How to Enter. To enter a non-winning X Multiplier family Scratch-Off lottery ticket into one of the second chance drawings, players may enter on the Florida Lottery's website at flalottery.com. On the home page of the Florida Lottery's website, players can click on the Second Chance tab and follow the directions.

Register for a California Lottery account or sign into My Account on calottery.com. Submit your Scratchers 2nd Chance code on calottery.com by entering the first 13 digits of your entry code (see 1 below) and first 7 digits of your ticket ID (see 2 below).

The system won't let you submit more than 500 2nd Chance codes a month. How will I know if I'm a Lottery winner? If you win, you'll be notified by email to sign into your Lottery account for “important information.” When you log in, you'll be notified about your prize and a link to a 2nd Chance Winner Claim Form.

A player may also check his/her Raffle ticket at any Lottery retailer or Lottery office or by scanning the Raffle ticket via "Check My Ticket" on the Florida Lottery's app.
