On your turn, you'll draw a card from the deck. This card features four color squares, each represented on the board. You'll choose one of those colors. Then you'll give a one word clue that you think will help players get close to where the square is.

In Hues and Cues, players will take turns giving one- and two-word hints to get the other players to guess a specific color on the game board. Players score points based on how close they get to the correct color, and the cue giver scores points based on the accuracy of the guesses.

Hues and Cues is a vibrant game of colorful communication where players are challenged to make connections to colors with words. Using only one and two-word cues, players try to get others to guess a specific hue from the 480 colors on the game board.

Game Play: If they have guessed the color exactly, they will receive 3 points. If the player's marker is inside the frame but not exactly in the center, they are awarded 2 points. Finally, if a player's marker is touching the outside edge of the frame, including the corners, they are awarded 1 point.
